He has been working as the director of the Technology Park since 2022. Before assuming this role, Vedran gained rich experience working in management positions in HT production as the director of the product development service, then as the head of the support and managed services department at GDi GISDATA, and as an expert in mobile planning network in T-mobile. His professional career is characterized by a strong focus on innovation, business development and strategic planning. Through his work, Vedran is focused on a wide range of management tasks that ensure the stable and efficient operation of Techpark. His ability to manage and strategically lead has contributed to the continuous growth and development of the Varaždin Technology Park, making it a key location for technology startups and innovations in the region.
Lucija Bakulić has been working as an expert associate at the Varaždin Technology Park since 2021. Her tasks are focused on planning and organizing events that promote cooperation and knowledge exchange among start-ups, investors and experts. She also provides support to entrepreneurs and teams within the park, advising them in different aspects of business and management, works on the preparation and implementation of European, national and international projects, and manages the social networks and communication channels of the Technology Park. Her work contributes to building a strong and innovative business community within the park.
She has been working at the Varaždin Technology Park since 2012 and is responsible for managing financial and administrative operations, preparing reports and strategic documents, including business and marketing plans and feasibility studies. Participates in the organization of educational events and the implementation of national, international and EU projects. Nina also provides business consulting, contributing to the optimization of business processes within the Techpark. Her expertise and dedication are key to the growth and development of the Technology Park.
She has been working in the Technology Park since 2014 as an expert associate for administrative affairs and finance. In her role, Sandra is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks within Techpark. Her main duties include monitoring financial transactions, preparing budgets, reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Sandra also plays a key role in the financial coordination of European, national and international projects implemented by the Technology Park, for the purpose of efficient and successful execution of all activities. Her contribution is necessary for the smooth functioning of the Technology Park.
Her professional journey in the Technology Park lasts for more than sixteen years. With her work, she contributed to the development of a business ecosystem based on cooperation between companies and the academic community, both at the national and international level. She actively participated in the management of incubation projects of numerous companies in the field of information technologies and creative industries. She participated in the preparation and implementation of projects financed from European funds and actively contributed to the implementation of infrastructure projects in cooperation with the World Bank and Croatian national institutions, which resulted in the reconstruction and modernization of the Varaždin Technology Park.

We are located in Varaždin, at Zagrebačka 89. We are 80 km or 50 minutes away by car from the nearest airport, Zagreb International Airport.
If you use public transport, you can reach us from Varaždin Bus Station and Varaždin Railway Station by taxi (5 minutes drive), on foot (15 minutes) or by electric scooter Bolt (7-10 minutes drive).
