Technological Park Varaždin d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as TECH_PARK) it is extremely important to protect the security and privacy of your personal data, therefore we operate in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free the movement of such data and applicable data protection laws. We hope that the policy described below will help you understand what information TECH_PARK may collect, how TECH_PARK uses and stores this information, and with whom we may share it.

TECH_PARK will not collect any personal data about you (e.g. your name, address, phone number or e-mail address), except in cases where you voluntarily decide to provide it to us (e.g. in surveys, when asking questions, requests, etc.) , that is, you give your consent or unless otherwise prescribed by the applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data.

When offering information society services directly to a child, the processing of the child's personal data is lawful if the child is at least 16 years old. If the child is under the age limit of 16 years, such processing is legal only if and to the extent that the consent was given or approved by the holder of parental responsibility over the child. TECH_PARK makes reasonable efforts to verify whether consent in such cases has been given or approved by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, taking into account available technology.

This Personal Data Protection Policy comes into force and applies from January 17, 2024.
