WebsiteENTRANT Digital eLearning Platform for SMEs
The project "Enhancing International Trade and Entrepreneurial Capacities of Incubators through a Digital Platform" (ENTRANT) aims to promote learning opportunities in topics such as entrepreneurship, digital skills, and other essential skills for operating incubators within tech parks. A digital platform will be developed to support the sustainability of businesses in incubators, newly established enterprises, associations requiring entrepreneurial support, and startups. The incubator's digital learning platform will ensure that anyone starting a new business is aware of the opportunities available. The platform will be developed as a resource for the professional growth of employees in tech park incubators, consultancy firms, and other adult education programs. Entrepreneurship training in adult education will be supported through the MOOC platform and a digital mentorship program, assisting employees and trainers involved in adult education programs (mentors and academics). Additionally, the project will focus on enhancing the digital proficiency of the target groups.
STREAM IT
STREAM IT aims to drive change regarding existing gender inequalities in STEM education, research, and innovation, contributing to the implementation of the "European Manifesto for Gender-Inclusive STE(A)M Education and Careers." The project’s envisioned goal is achieved by empowering underrepresented groups in STEM, promoting gender-inclusive careers, and supporting STEM education providers through knowledge exchange and capacity building to eliminate gender-based barriers in STEM. ST(R)E(A)M IT addresses the obstacles and challenges faced by underrepresented groups in STEM by developing innovative gender-diverse tools for educating young people, with a particular focus on young girls. It mobilizes actors from various sectors of the STEM education and research and innovation ecosystems to create a sustainable network that provides ongoing support to STEM education stakeholders. ST(R)E(A)M IT strives to introduce solutions that can benefit various types of stakeholders both during and beyond the scope of the project.
